Air compressor air system technical knowledge
Air compressor air system:
(1) The gas pipeline system should be smooth and free of leakage.
(2) To install a safety valve. The safety valve should be opened and closed sensitively and reliably. When the exhaust pressure exceeds 10% to 15% of the rated value, it should be able to automatically open; when it drops to 95% of the rated value, it should be able to automatically close. The safety valve should be tight, and if there is any leakage, it should be stopped in time, and the pressure should be relieved for repair. The safety valve should be tested regularly according to the specification.
(3) Install the pressure gauge. Pressure gauges should be installed on the exhaust pipes of the primary and secondary cylinders; the pressure gauges should be protected from high temperature and vibration; the pressure gauges should be intact, sensitive and accurate, and the general selection accuracy is 2.5. The pressure gauge should be calibrated once every six months, and the pressure gauge that has passed the calibration should have a lead seal and a calibration certificate. The range of the pressure gauge should be 1.5 to 3 times the rated working pressure, the diameter of the dial should not be less than 100mm, and the scale should be clearly visible. If the pointer fails, the scale is unclear, the dial glass is broken, the pointer does not return to zero after the pressure is released, and the lead seal is damaged, etc., it should be replaced immediately.
(4) Air filter. The air filter should be structurally intact and ensure clean air entering the air compressor. Every 100 hours of work, it should be checked and cleaned, and then used after drying.
(5) The arrangement of suction and exhaust pipes should try to avoid or reduce the impact on the building. The exhaust pipe should have a thermal compensation device.
(6) Compressed air pipelines should be connected to equipment and valves with flanges, and other parts should be welded. The joints should be tight. Never tighten the connections when the piping system is under pressure.
(7) According to the different requirements of the environment, the suction system of the air compressor should take corresponding measures to reduce noise.
The daily maintenance and maintenance of the air compressor is very important to ensure the normal operation of the air compressor, mainly including the following:
One is that the relevant operators conduct all-round inspection and testing before the equipment runs, which is the basic step to ensure that the air compressor can work normally and stably.
The second is to strive for the daily maintenance work to be in place, to check comprehensively without omissions, to formulate detailed and comprehensive daily maintenance rules and regulations, to establish and improve the supervision mechanism, and to strive to improve the skills and comprehensive quality of the operators.
