Air Compressor Switching Sequence

1. Before starting the machine, check whether there is oil leakage in the pipeline of the air compressor, whether the screws are loose, and confirm the power supply voltage.

2. Before starting, check whether the cooling oil level of the oil barrel is between the two scales. If the oil level is lower than the lower scale line, add lubricating oil to the oil tank.

3. Before starting the machine, open the sewage discharge ball valve under the oil and gas barrel to drain the condensed water in the oil and gas barrel. When there is oil flowing out, quickly close the ball valve.

3. Before starting the machine, open the sewage discharge ball valve under the oil and gas barrel to drain the condensed water in the oil and gas barrel. When there is oil flowing out, quickly close the ball valve.

4. Start up: first turn on the freeze dryer, press ON to make the dew point temperature reach 5 degrees or below, and then turn on the air compressor (note: the chiller first opens the cooling water ball valve).

5. Start the air compressor: press the start button or ON button, if the air compressor sounds abnormal or other emergency situations, please press the emergency stop button.

6. Start up the adsorption dryer: check whether the water in the air storage tank and filter is discharged cleanly. When the pressure reaches 8kg, open the ball valve and turn on the adsorption dryer.

8. Shutdown: Press the stop button or OFF, (the shutdown sequence is to first turn off the adsorption dryer, then turn off the air compressor, then turn off the freeze dryer, then turn off the ball valve, and turn off the power supply), do not pull directly in an emergency Brake stop with emergency stop button.

9. If the laser machine is turned on: Let the laser cutting head exhaust for 1 to 2 minutes, then check whether the lens is polluted, clean it with alcohol, and then put it into the machine.

Air compressor measures during operation

1. Observe the temperature displayed on the control panel. The normal value is between 80°C and 95°C.

2. Install drainage pipes, filters, and cold dryers, and check whether the drainage and exhaust are normal every 4 hours. If there is no drainage and exhaust, clean them in time; if there is no drainage device, please drain automatically every 1-2 hours and filter every 30 minutes. once.

3. Observe whether the three-phase current is balanced and whether the voltage is normal.

4. Observe whether there is oil leakage at the oil pipe joints, etc.

5. It is recommended to wipe the lens of the laser machine with alcohol every 4 hours.

Daily maintenance of air compressor

1. If there is a high temperature warning or other alarm displayed on the start panel, please check whether the oil level is normal (the start state should be between the two red lines, lower than the red line below or no oil can be seen, you need to stop and refuel from the fuel port) Whether the radiator Blockage (shine a flashlight to see if the radiator is clear or dusty).

2. It is forbidden to mix lubricating oils of different brands and manufacturers, and it is forbidden to use unqualified lubricating oils.

3. Keep the air circulation in the air compressor room, and keep the air compressor and the surrounding environment clean.

4. Shut down the machine every 2-4 days to take out the air filter, blow out the dust in the air filter and the air filter cover from the inside out, and then put it back to the original place. (Note: Replace the spare air filter directly without stopping the machine for 24 hours)

5. Every day/every shift, the radiator of the air compressor and all the dust entering the air and the radiator of the cold dryer should be blown. Clean once a week, remove the dust on the cleaning board of electrical appliances, motors and radiators, and clean the heat transfer tubes of the water cooler every half a year. (Note: To turn off the power and clean the air, use dry air to blow the radiator from the outside to the inside to open the air compressor door. After blowing the radiator, install the radiator cleaning plate.)
