What are the aspects of daily air compressor maintenance?

Generally, our daily air compressor maintenance is carried out from the following 6 points:

1. Regularly check the joint transmission system of the air compressor and the water pump. If it is driven by gears, add lubricating oil to the gearbox and check the meshing state of the gears; if it is driven by a toothed belt, check the tension and wear of the belt, and replace the toothed belt if necessary.

2. Regularly check the air filter of the air compressor, clean the filter element with compressed air, and replace the filter element if necessary.

3. Regularly check the oil level in the lubricating oil tank of the air compressor, add lubricating oil to the highest oil level, and replace the lubricating oil regularly.

4. Regularly check the lubricating oil filter of the air compressor and replace it if necessary.

5. Regularly check the oil-gas separator of the air compressor, clean up the impurities inside, and replace the filter element of the separator if necessary.

6. Regularly check the working status of the air pressure relief valve of the air compressor to ensure overpressure relief.
