Here are all the methods to prevent the blockage of the lubricating oil pipe

In order to prevent the blockage of the lubricating oil pipe, the following measures should be taken:

(1) Before installing the air compressor, clean the oil pipes one by one. It is best to wash them with alkali, wash with water and wipe them with a white cloth or blow them with pressurized air.

(2) When the oil pipe is not long enough and needs to be extended, it should be installed with a joint, or welded and lengthened by the method of casing, so as to avoid welding slag or molten metal from blocking the pipe.

(3) When bending the pipe, use a simmering tool for cold bending or oxyacetylene flame heating to simmer and bend. Care should be taken to prevent simmering or deformation of the metal due to overheating.

(4) After the oil pipe and the oil injector are assembled, the strength test of the system should be carried out. The test pressure is 1.5 times of the operating pressure. When leakage or rupture is found, it should be repaired or replaced.

(5) Before the lubricator is connected to the stuffing box and the oil supply point of the cylinder, the lubricator should be started first, and the oil supply and cleanliness should be checked at each oil supply point, and the joint should not be formally connected until it is cleaned.
